A few repairs around the place: 'Lifting the Ceiling' has regained its image of Gladys Aylward; 'The Appropriation of Paganism' now has its Texaco logo back; on the Academic Reviews menu, 'The Meaning of Witchcraft' now doesn't link to 'The Sea Priestess' and vice versa; and in The Art of the Grove, the link to Nancy's 'Blessing' now works.
